SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders can take 3-4 business days to be processed before shipment. All pieces are handmade, made to order and shipped from the United States.
Orders can take 3-4 days to be processed before being shipped. We offer free USPS First-Class shipping for orders with destination to the United States. The estimated time of arrival for USPS First-Class shipping is usually 3–5 business days, but delays may occur.
We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed items. We can't replace or refund items that have been confirmed as delivered since it's fulfilled by a third-party. If this is your case, you can contact us with you order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you in the best way we can.
All orders are charged in USD. International orders are shipped through USPS and may be subject shipping fees, duties and taxes billed by the customs department in the country of destination. The recipient is responsable of the additional charges that might occur. For more information on those charges please refer to your national custom department.
We have no control on orders shipped once they are outside of the United States. Shipping times are specified by USPS automatic server at checkout, not all shipping methods include full tracking information, please refer to USPS International Shipping for extended details.

Return & Exchange Policy
Since we follow a made to order policy, we do not offer exchanges.
In case you're not totally happy with your pieces we offer a full refund on orders made inside of the U.S. if they are returned in their original condition within 7 business days of being receipt. Returns are under the customer's responsibility to do so. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Items with signals of wear or missing items are not considered up for a refund. We do not cover shipping costs for this scenario. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review your case and start the process.
If unfortunately you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
1) A refund will be processed to the original method of payment after being inspected upon arrival. The item must be returned in the original packaging to prevent any more damages while on transit. For these cases, shipping is on us. Contact us at email@example.com to start the return process and check if you're elegible for exchange options.
We do not offer repairs at the moment.
All Gift Cards sales are final, they are not elegible for exchanges or returns.
